Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time Custodian to perform custodial duties in a facility in Marietta, GA. The role operates evenings with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 6 pm to 10 pm, and rotating weekends from 1 pm to 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Pay starts at $15.75 per hour with a $50 sign-on bonus. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with six months of related experience. English literacy and following safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related custodial experience preferred.
• Able to read and understand written and verbal English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, breakrooms, bathrooms, elevators and stairs.
• Cleans and polishes surfaces including furniture, fixtures and windows; handles trash and recycling.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety by following PPE usage and safety procedures.
• Operates cleaning equipment and ensures carts and supplies are properly stored.
• Completes additional duties as assigned.
