Owens Realty Services in Marietta, GA is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial work across a 4,500–5,000 sq ft facility. The role covers offices, lobbies, restrooms, and public areas with strict adherence to safety and infection-control standards.

Schedule is Mon, Wed, and Fri for 2 hours per shift, within 8 am–4 pm, with a $50 sign-on bonus and an hourly pay rate of $15.75. Education: high school diploma or GED; 6 months experience preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.

Mansioni

• Performs custodial tasks in a professional manner reflecting company integrity.
• Cleans offices, lobbies, breakrooms, corridors, bathrooms, and stairs.
• Cleans restrooms, stocks supplies, and sanitizes surfaces regularly.
• Dusts furniture, fixtures, and windows; moves items as directed.
• Empty and segregate waste; ensure safety signs when cleaning.
• Reports hazards and follows PPE and infection control practices.
