Job summary

Owens Realty Services is hiring a General Cleaner to perform custodial duties in a Georgia facility. The role includes cleaning offices, lobbies, bathrooms and common areas, with duties adapting to location standards and PPE requirements.

Benefits include a $50 sign-on bonus and a part-time schedule from 9:00 to 12:00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Ideal applicants will have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and about six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to apply common sense understanding to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, breakrooms, corridors, bathrooms, elevators and stairways.
• Cleans toilets and sanitizes restrooms and stocks supplies.
• Vacuums carpets and cleans surfaces; cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.
• Removes trash, secures area with safety signs, and reports hazards.
• Follows safety procedures and uses PPE; handles bio-waste per guidelines.
