Job summary

Owens Realty Services is hiring a General Cleaner to perform custodial duties across the facility. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 2-hour shifts between 8 am and 4 pm. Pay rate: $15.75 per hour with a $50 sign-on bonus.

This role requires cleaning all areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces, in line with safety standards. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and up to six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related cleaning experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cleans offices, lobbies, breakrooms, bathrooms and common areas to industry standards.
• Performs routine cleaning of windows, furniture, fixtures and surfaces; restocks supplies.
• Handles trash and recyclables; ensures safety and cleanliness of work areas.
• Operates cleaning equipment and follows PPE and safety procedures.
• Reports safety hazards and maintains cleaning carts and closets.
