Qualifications

• Experience supervising custodial staff.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, assign and perform daily work routines.
• Team leader for safety in work area; train staff in safety.
• Provide on-the-job training for new employees including equipment and chemical usage.
• Manage equipment and consumables; ensure supplies on hand.
• Coordinate major projects with manager and oversee follow-up.
