Responsibilities

• Facilitates and coordinates key personnel and processes for customer satisfaction.
• Organizes schedules, assigns daily routines, and leads safety.
• Trains employees in safety, PPE usage, and procedures.
• Investigates accidents and reports injuries.
• Provides on-the-job coaching and ongoing training.
• Manages supplies and chemicals for staff use.
• Communicates requests and work orders; coordinates emergencies.
• Plans and supervises major cleaning operations and projects.
• Supervises custodians daily for quality and quantity of work.
• Inspects areas to meet service quality standards.
