Job summary

HES, a premier facilities management provider, seeks a Custodial Supervisor for its King William, VA location. You will supervise custodians, organize daily work, and lead safety programs while training staff and ensuring quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating emergencies, supervising projects, and communicating effectively with management to sustain high service levels. Prior experience in custodial supervision and strong safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year supervisor experience.
• Custodial knowledge and safety training emphasis.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodians on a daily basis and ensure quality of work.
• Organize, schedule, assign, and monitor daily routines.
• Lead safety initiatives and provide PPE; investigate incidents.
• Train new staff and coach current employees on job tasks.
• Coordinate emergencies and building maintenance with management.
