Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Clerk III for Custodial Operations on the PM shift at NSA East Campus Ft Meade, MD. The role requires active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph and an on-site schedule from 3:30pm to 12:30am, Monday through Friday.

The position offers a $28.16/hour pay rate and a moderate workload with clerical duties, payroll support, and document handling. Four years of clerical experience and strong English skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong typing and basic office procedures knowledge.
• Able to interpret and follow standard guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Agency policies and procedures and follow contract specifications.
• Promptly respond to calls or messages from supervisor or designated representative.
• Perform clerical and administrative functions ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Direct lower level clerks and assist in office procedures.
