Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to oversee frontline staff across multiple locations on the base near Salt Lake City. The role collaborates with building monitors to ensure service excellence and compliance with contract requirements.

You will supervise schedules, performance evaluations, and training, while coordinating with Rehab for staff development and handling time/attendance duties in a security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of custodian experience preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff across base locations.
• Establish work standards and schedules; monitor attendance and quality checks.
• Coordinate with Rehab to support employees needing training.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and address disciplinary actions.
• Maintain and execute contract goals for HAFB and manage time/attendance.
