Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. seeks a Supervisory Custodian to oversee custodial staff across multiple base locations, including the HAFB contract.

The role requires coordinating with building monitors, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction while reporting to Operations leadership. The successful candidate will supervise work standards, schedules, attendance, perform annual evaluations, provide training, and arrange transportation for employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years' custodial supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Eligible to obtain HAFB background security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff at base locations and coordinate with building monitors to ensure rapport with customers and feedback to leadership.
• Establish work standards, schedules, attendance, and quality assurance checks; provide training and arrange transportation.
• Perform annual performance evaluations and address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain and execute goals of HAFB contract requirements; manage time and attendance.
• Report customer concerns to Project Manager and participate in weekly meetings.
