Job summary

ServiceSource, Inc. seeks a Custodial Supervisor to oversee custodial teams across Hill AFB, Utah. The role provides leadership, coordinates with site monitors, and ensures compliance with contract requirements.

Shift is 4:30pm–1:30am, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, supervisory experience, and preference for experience with adults with disabilities. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, with required valid driver’s license and background

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of custodial experience preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with adults with disabilities preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and good MVR.
• Must pass HAFB background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial employees at multiple base locations.
• Coordinate with building monitors to ensure customer rapport and feedback to leadership.
• Establish work standards, schedules, attendance, and quality checks.
• Provide training and arrange transportation for employees to sites.
• Evaluate performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Maintain adherence to contract requirements and time/attendance.
