Job summary

ServiceMaster of Salt Lake is seeking an Evening Operations Supervisor to oversee facility cleanliness, ensure quality standards, and meet customer expectations through regular inspections. You will lead a team of about 26 staff across multiple locations and coordinate hands-on cleaning and training as needed.

The role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage supplies and operations in a fast-paced evening schedule.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a commercial cleaning or supervisory role is preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail to identify areas for improvement.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift 25 lbs., and perform tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations in a company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: supervise roughly 26 team members across 33 locations, recognise and support staff.
• Quality Assurance: inspect facilities after services to ensure quality standards.
• Hands-On Cleaning: start up new accounts, train staff, cover services when needed.
• Supply Management: monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
