Qualifications

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Leadership experience in cleaning or supervisory role preferred.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive between locations in company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise about 26 team members across multiple locations.
• Inspect facilities to ensure ServiceMaster’s cleaning standards and quality.
• Perform hands-on cleaning and train new team members as needed.
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and paper products.
