Job summary

TFI Family Services in Parsons, KS is seeking a Crisis Support Worker to help children after hours. A High School diploma or equivalent is required; prior work with children and families is preferred.

The role includes rotating on-call weekends and two shift options, with a provided company car, cell phone and laptop. You will assist children in crisis, transport to foster homes when needed, and may accompany a child to hospital or to various offices in the area.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous work experience serving children and families preferred.
• We will teach you the rest!

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours in crisis situations.
• Transport a child to their new foster home or to hospital when needed.
• Be with a child in hospital or at various offices; may require travel within the area.
• Rotate weekend on-call shifts once every four weeks.
