Job summary

TFI Family Services in Parsons, KS is seeking a Crisis Support Worker for a full-time role. A High School diploma or equivalent is required; prior work with children and families is preferred. We will teach you the rest and provide a company car, cell phone, and compute.

Shifts run Monday–Thursday, 4p to 2a and 12a–10a, with rotating weekend on-call every four weeks. This position supports children in crisis and offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience serving children and families preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist children after hours, including transport to foster homes or crisis support.
• Be with a child in hospital or at company offices as needed.
• Rotate weekend on-call hours once every four weeks.
