This position requires welcoming guests, assisting with mail and deliveries, coordinating parking, and maintaining a safe, orderly lobby.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet residents and guests upon entry and exit and provide needed assistance
• Aid residents in getting their mail, luggage, and groceries
• Assure parking spaces are utilized properly
• Assure no blocking of driveways and entrances
• Respond to phone calls, requests, questions, and other needs appropriately and in a friendly, professional manner
• Document all issues and copy Property Manager/Property Assistant
• Maintain a clutter free lobby and ensure safe entry/exit for all visitors/staff
• Report any facility issues such as leaking water pipes or broken/damaged equipment
• Deliver newspapers to residents
• Become knowledgeable of the building rules and regulations
• Demonstrate integrity when handling building security and access codes
• Maintain a cordial and respectful relationship with residents, visitors, contractors, vendors, and fellow employees
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and suspicious persons
• Maintain a positive attendance record, which includes regular and predictable attendance and work/break schedule
