Job summary

Richardson Properties is seeking a Part-Time Concierge to join our apartment community in Little Rock, AR. This role offers flexible evening and weekend hours, typically 15–25 hours per week, and a welcoming, resident-focused environment.

You will greet residents and guests, assist with clubhouse requests, share information about local dining and activities, and help with events. A neat appearance, strong communication, and at least 2 years of customer service experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the clubhouse to ensure residents and guests follow community rules and procedures.
• Assist residents with clubhouse requests and support clubhouse equipment.
• Be knowledgeable about the property and share information about features and services.
• Listen to resident needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide local recommendations.
• Support clubhouse activities and assist with events as needed.
• Close and secure the clubhouse at the end of the day.
• Perform light office duties and carry out tasks from the Community Director.
