Job summary

BLT is seeking an outgoing concierge to join our luxury residential property management team in Norwalk, CT. This part-time role focuses on delivering superior customer service, welcoming residents and guests, and coordinating requested services from package handling to dry cleaning and event planning.

The Concierge will answer phones, assist with move-in/move-out procedures, register visitors, and follow emergency key procedures, with hours 2:30pm-11:00pm.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a concierge, or 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality role.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to accept packages containing alcohol.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the front desk services for the luxury residential building.
• Answers phone calls and resident inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assists residents with move-in and move-out procedures.
• Welcomes residents, guests, and vendors; ensures visitors are registered.
• Follows emergency key procedures and manages key access.
• Coordinates resident services including packages, dry cleaning, events, directions, and courtesy calls.
• Performs clerical duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Hours available: 2:30pm-11:00pm.
