Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC in Stamford is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our property management team. The role focuses on delivering superior service, supporting residents, guests, and vendors, and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

This full-time position requires 1+ year concierge or 2+ years hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Evening shift 12:00pm–8:30pm is available; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk services and resident interactions.
• Answer phone calls and resident inquiries professionally and timely.
• Assist residents with move-in and move-out procedures.
• Welcome residents, guests and vendors and register visitors.
• Follow emergency key procedures and manage key control.
• Coordinate resident services such as package handling, dry cleaning, and directions.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Evening shift available: 12:00pm–8:30pm.

Description:

The Concierge provides superior customer service, possesses detailed knowledge of company policy and procedures, and performs essential functions as they relate to the maintenance and accessibility of the building.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday

Duties And Responsibilities Of The Concierge

• Oversees the provision of all services at the front desk of the luxury residential building
• Promptly answers phone calls, requests, and concerns, while responding to all resident inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assists residents with move-in and move-out procedures.
• Warmly welcomes residents, guests, and vendors. Ensures that all visitors have been properly registered.
• Adheres to emergency key procedures, manage key insurance policy, and control keyboard.
• Provides and coordinates resident services including but not limited to: package handling, dry cleaning, event planning, local directions, and courtesy calls.
• Additional tasks and clerical duties as assigned by supervisor
• We have evening shift available: 12:00pm-8:30pm

Qualification And Requirements Of The Concierge

• 1+ year experience as a concierge, or 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality role
• Must demonstrate commitment to deliver outstanding customer service
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, and works with limited supervision.
• Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or GED, College education preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to comply with regulations for accepting packages containing alcohol

Physical Requirements Of The Concierge

• Must be able to lift and carry packages over 25 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
