Job summary

Building and Land Technology seeks a customer service–focused Concierge for its Stamford, CT property. The role emphasizes frontline service, visitor registration, and resident support in a luxury setting. You will work primarily at the front desk, coordinating packages, directions, and courtesy calls.

The position is full-time with an evening shift from 12:00pm to 8:30pm, offering growth in a resident-focused, service-oriented environment with strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a concierge or 2+ years in hospitality.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front desk services for a luxury residential building.
• Answer phone calls and resident inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist residents with move-in/move-out procedures.
• Welcome residents, guests and vendors and register visitors.
• Coordinate resident services including package handling and local directions.
• Perform additional clerical duties as assigned.
• Evening shift available: 12:00pm-8:30pm.
