Job summary

The Milton at Twinbrook Quarter in Rockville, MD is seeking an Evening Concierge to provide exceptional front desk service for residents, visitors, and vendors. You will ensure safety, greet residents, and handle inquiries with a gracious, professional approach.

Responsibilities include managing phone lines, assisting with packages and mail, and addressing concerns per service standards. High school diploma or GED required; knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Related experience as a concierge or strong customer service background.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through.
• Strong written, verbal, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors, and vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Address residents’ concerns per company standards.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage multiple phone lines and direct calls appropriately.
• Assist with resident packages and mail.
