Job summary

The Milton at Twinbrook Quarter in Rockville, MD seeks a friendly Concierge to deliver superior resident service at the front desk. This Evening shift runs Monday–Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm under the General Manager's direction.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, relevant concierge or customer service experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. Yardi experience is a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED required.
• Related experience as a concierge or strong customer service background.
• Ability to work under pressure; strong organization and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication; computer skills; Yardi a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and respond to resident requests and inquiries.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Manage multiple phone lines and direct calls accordingly.
• Assist with resident packages and mail.
• Provide superior front-desk service as a Concierge.
