You will greet people, handle phone calls, maintain logs, assist with access, and support package receiving and data entry using property management and web-based systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or front desk experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills; ability to use property management systems.
• Ability to learn and operate web-based platforms.
• Reliable and punctual for overnight shift.
• Experience in hospitality or property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer and manage phone calls professionally while directing inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain visitor logs and assist with guest and vendor access.
• Monitor front desk activity and maintain a professional presence throughout the shift.
• Assist with package receiving, logging, and distribution as required.
• Complete data entry and maintain accurate front desk records.
• Utilize property management systems, email, and other web-based platforms throughout the shift.
• Respond to resident and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Communicate incidents, concerns, and important information to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Follow all property procedures, security protocols, and company policies.
