Job summary

The Madison Concourse Hotel in Madison, WI is seeking a Governor's Club Lounge Attendant for evening shifts. You’ll set up the buffet, refresh amenities, help guests with questions, and offer concierge-style recommendations for dining, entertainment and sights around Madison.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or related experience preferred.
• Qualified applicants must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the buffet with appetizers and desserts.
• Light cleaning to maintain lounge cleanliness.
• Refresh complimentary amenities for guests during the evening.
• Assist guests with questions about the hotel and surrounding area.
• Act as concierge to recommend things to do and see in Madison.
• Flexibly take on additional tasks as needed.
