Qualifications

• Prior experience in banquet setup or related roles is preferred.
• An eye for detail is crucial for this role, ensuring events are visually stunning and perfectly arranged.
• This position requires lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A collaborative spirit is vital, as you will work closely with the Banquet Team and other departments to deliver exceptional events.
• You will be interacting with guests and colleagues throughout events- an upbeat, positive attitude is a must!
• Thrive in a fast paced environment, quickly adjusting to changing needs and last minute requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our groups in house
• Set up, takedown, and refresh function space
• Take care of banquet and audiovisual equipment and facilities
• Deliver and service coffee breaks
• Service and refresh meeting rooms during breaks
• Move stacks of chairs, tables, and other furniture
• Perform any additional duties as assigned
