Responsibilities include greeting residents, answering phones, handling mail, and providing clerical support while upholding confidentiality and company standards. The role emphasizes hospitality and teamwork in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with office equipment and basic software.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to stay calm in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, route calls, and handle messages.
• Sort and distribute mail to appropriate departments.
• Provide clerical support including typing, filing, and data entry.
• Escort visitors and residents as needed and maintain databases.
• Assist with move-in processes and support events as needed.
• Uphold confidentiality and residents' rights, and promote safety.
