Responsibilities include managing visitor sign-in, handling deliveries, coordinating work orders, and assisting residents and staff with daily needs while maintaining building security and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Ensure all entering sign in via kiosk.
• Call resident apartments to announce visitors before sending them to apartments.
• Enter work orders for housekeeping, pest control, and maintenance.
• Accept packages, monitor postal deliveries, and call residents about deliveries.
• Inform leadership of regulatory or emergency personnel entering the building.
• Initiate assistance from local medical professionals and coordinate with emergency services.
