Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Second Shift Manager to oversee evening operations for a portfolio of commercial facilities. You will work with Facility Solutions Managers, Independent Contractors, and clients to ensure high service standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of management or supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to make independent decisions on multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating evening operations and overseeing contractors.
• Proven ability to coach and manage teams across multiple locations.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Independent problem-solving with attention to client specifications.
• Fluency in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Independent Contractors; coach and resolve issues.
• Conduct quality inspections to meet client specifications and City Wide standards.
• Partner with Managers and other Second Shift Managers on priorities.
• Execute policies and procedures (New Start, Complaint, STAR).
• Manage client requests, service concerns, and new client starts.
• Recommend contractor assignments and performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and equipment use.
• Use CRM to document inspections, upload photos, and record issues.
• Represent City Wide professionally with clients and contractors.
• Perform additional duties to support operational excellence.
