Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical/nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing or in process of obtaining certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Record vital signs and assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dining.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and range of motion exercises.
• Support infection prevention policies and proper PPE use.
• Assist with meals and provide a positive dining experience.
