Job summary

Sanford Health in Albert Lea, MN is hiring a Full-time Evening Shift CNA for 32 hours per week, with every-other-weekend requirement. You will provide resident-centered nursing care under the supervision of an RN, assisting with daily living activities and monitoring vital signs.

The role includes an evening shift differential of $1.25/hour after 6:00 PM and eligibility for all standard benefits. This is a direct care position within Good Samaritan Society – Albert Lea.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification and training provided by facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities under RN supervision.
• Record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and ROM exercises.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry support to residents.
• Support wellness and recreational programs for residents.
