Job summary

Richardson Nursing and Rehabilitation is recruiting a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care according to each resident’s care plan. You will identify residents, document care, and report changes to the Nursing Supervisor.

The role requires a state-licensed CNA, ability to follow policies, and a focus on resident comfort and safety across shifts. CPR is preferred and patient confidentiality must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments, meals, etc.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Ensure resident rooms are ready and residents are escorted and comfortable.
• Monitor and respond to resident calls and daily care needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and observe safety procedures.
