Job summary

RICHLANDPA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily nursing care to residents per care plans under supervision. You will identify residents, document care, and help with daily activities while maintaining privacy and safety.

Responsibilities include taking vitals, reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, aiding with tests, and ensuring a calm, supportive environment for residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws; CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plans and supervisor directions.
• Identify residents before tasks using wristbands or photo IDs and document entries clearly.
• Record data on flow sheets and reports; notify Nurse Supervisor of changes in condition.
• Prepare residents for tests, assist with daily activities, and maintain a calm environment.
• Protect resident privacy and report any unauthorized access to information systems.
