Good Samaritan is seeking a caring Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care in our long-term care facility in Rapid City, SD. Under RN supervision, you will assist with daily living activities, hygiene, and comfort.

This full-time evening shift offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a $20.00–$25.50 hourly wage plus a $3,500 sign-on bonus. The role emphasizes infection prevention, vital signs, and teamwork to support residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• CNA certification with the State Board or in process within four months.
• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Minimum age 16 with prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and infection control policies.
• Must meet driving policies if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care during scheduled shifts.
• Assist with daily living activities and meals.
• Record vital signs and monitor health status.
• Support the nursing team and document care provided.
