StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support nurses and provide compassionate care to residents with varying needs. This role focuses on assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, feeding, and documentation to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with state certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• At least one year of CNA experience in long-term care.
• Excellent written and oral communication in interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Assists with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinates dining room services at mealtimes, including setup, delivery, and documentation.
• Delivers nutritional supplements and documents intake.
• Assists with weighing residents and reports weight changes to nurse/supervisor.
• Monitors skin condition and reports any issues to nurse/supervisor.
• Assists with toileting program activities.
• Completes flow sheets daily and documents progress.
• Keeps nurse informed of factors interfering with work.
• Reports changes in resident condition to nurse and supervisor.
