StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate daily care to assigned residents in line with care plans, facility policies, and supervisor directions. This on-site, full-time role emphasizes teamwork and quality resident outcomes.

You will participate in training to obtain CNA certification, assist with daily hygiene and meals, document intake, and support a spectrum of care across rehabilitation, memory care and skilled nursing as part of a dedicated caregiver

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education; HS diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator.
• Background and experience in shared decision-making processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide each assigned resident with compassionate routine daily nursing care.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training to obtain CNA certification.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
