StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support nurses and care staff in caring for residents across a range of needs. The role emphasizes empathy, patient-centered care, and adherence to care plans and policies.

Qualifying candidates will have CNA certification in good standing, a preference for CPR/BLS, and at least one year of long-term care experience. Join our team to help residents live with dignity in a supportive community.

Qualificações

• Certified Nursing Aide in good standing with the certification board is REQUIRED
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• At least one year of CNA experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form in an interdisciplinary setting

Responsabilidades

• Provides supportive services to nurse and staff as needed and performs duties as assigned
• Assists resident with activities of daily living per care plans and policies
• Assists resident with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting
• Coordinates dining room services at meal times and documents intake
• Delivers nutritional supplements and tracks weight changes and skin condition
