Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required or hold a state-approved CNA training program certificate.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse staff and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and procedures.
• Documents meal intake, weight, and other health indicators as directed.
• Communicates changes in resident condition to nurse and supervisor.
• Participates in charting, screening, and documentation per facility policy.
