Good Samaritan Society in De Smet, SD is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the evening shift. You will provide resident-centered nursing care, assist with daily living activities, and work under the supervision of a registered nurse to support quality care.

Responsibilities include vital signs, transfers, meals, and maintaining infection prevention protocols. CNA certification is required, with ongoing education and eligibility for a sign-on bonus with benefits that support residents and staff

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age 16.
• CNA certification required with state board.
• Complete continuing education annually.
• Must be medically qualified to perform essential driving functions when applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
• Take and record vital signs and assist with transfers and mobility.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, grooming and personal care for residents.
• Document interactions and communicate changes to charge nurse.
• Participate in wellness activities and infection prevention policies.
