Job summary

Recovery Innovations is seeking a Registered Nurse to oversee medical, psychiatric, and substance abuse care for individuals served. The role acts as a clinical liaison until enrollment at another facility.

The RN will coordinate care with community health and social service agencies, conduct assessments, and support treatment plans. The position requires an Ohio RN license and a background in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• RN graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• State RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Guest care and advocacy; coordinate services with health and social agencies.
• Assist in service planning and documentation of assessments.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans; provide counseling.
• Participate in educational curriculum development.
• Supervise or provide nursing care and monitor chronic conditions.
