WhiteCap Search in Cherry Hill, New Jersey seeks a polished, professional individual to join our client services team. You will be the first contact for prospective clients, handling inbound calls with empathy and confidence, gathering information, and scheduling consultations.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and about 1 year of related experience, with a strong emphasis on verbal communication and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles such as bank teller, personal banker, waiter, or receptionist.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills with a polished, articulate phone presence.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls and documenting information accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients over the phone.
• Answer inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Gather and document information accurately and efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
• Schedule consultations and direct callers appropriately.
• Build rapport quickly and create a positive experience for every caller.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless client service.
