Requirements

• High School Diploma Required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Recent College Graduate or 1-4years MAX of experience as a Bank Teller, Personal Banker, Waiter, Waitress, Restaurant Server, Customer Service Representative, Front Desk Associate, Receptionist, or Call Center Representative.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills with a polished, articulate, and professional phone presence.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls.
• Proven ability to provide white-glove customer service.

Schedule:

• 2:00PM-10:00PM - Monday through Friday OR
• 6:00AM-2:00PM - Monday through Friday
