Job summary

Michaels is seeking team members for the Charleston West Ashley, SC store to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure fast, accurate checkout experiences. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions while supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

Applicants should have retail or customer service experience; candidates must be at least 16 years old.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram updates.
• Maintain store recovery, stock, and in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
