The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Caregiver to provide residents with daily care and medication assistance in a respectful, patient-centered environment. You will work PM/NOC shifts with some weekend demand and help maintain a safe, dignified living space for residents.

Responsibilities include ADL support, safe transfers, timely reporting to nursing staff, and aiding residents in social activities while adhering to facility policies and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADL) and mobility.
• Strong communication with residents, families and supervisors.
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) in a care setting.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and transfers.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers using proper techniques.
• Document care accurately and report changes to nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and requests for care.
• Promote resident social engagement and participate in activities.
• Follow safety, infection control and facility policies at all times.
