Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Care Partner to join our dedicated team in Fort Collins. This full-time role includes the 2pm-10pm shift, providing compassionate personal care, daily living support, and coordination with the health & wellness team.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and CNA/HHA preferred; CPR/First Aid certifications are a plus. Training programs will be provided to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks.
• Perform laundry duties as assigned.
• Review and participate in shift reports and verbal handoffs.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Ensure infection control practices are followed.
• Communicate resident needs to supervisor and other departments.
• Respond to resident pendant/wearable calls in a timely manner.
