Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team in Cape Coral, FL. The role supports residents with daily living activities, personal care, and engagement in life enrichment programs, with a 3pm-11pm part-time shift.

Strong communication and a caring demeanor are essential. The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent; CNA/HHA and CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA/ Home Health Aide preferred, but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Must complete state and Experience Senior Living training programs.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned.
• Review and participate in shift reports and verbal reports.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence and residents' personal and spiritual needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' personal information and rights.
• Ensure infection control practices are followed and report accidents/incidents.
• Communicate changes in residents' needs to Health & Wellness and other departments.
• Respond to resident calls promptly and address changing needs.
