Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC is seeking a Part-time Care Partner to join our caring team in Lone Tree, Colorado. The role supports residents with personal care, daily living tasks, and participation in life enrichment activities.

You will work Wednesdays 6am–6pm, perform light housekeeping and laundry, respond to calls promptly, and help maintain infection control and residents' rights. A High School diploma is required; CNA/HHA preferred; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• CNA/HHA preferred, but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• State and Experience Senior Living training programs must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities as assigned.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks per procedures.
• Review shift reports and communicate updates to the team.
• Assist residents to life enrichment programs and promote independence.
• Maintain infection control practices and confidentiality of resident information.
• Respond promptly to pendant/wearable calls and notify the supervisor of changes.
