Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• CNA/HHA certification preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• State regulations may require a Medication Assistance license if applicable.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Review reports and participate in shift communications.
• Assist residents to life enrichment programs and activities.
• Maintain infection control practices and resident confidentiality.
