Arrow Senior Living in Mentor, OH is seeking a Care Partner for the 6pm-10pm shift. You will support residents with daily living activities in a home-like setting, bringing empathy and a friendly, proactive approach.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care, while maintaining safety with lifts up to 50 pounds. Competitive benefits and opportunities to grow are offered.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read/write/understand English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Support residents with mobility and daily tasks; lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and positive environment and teamwork.
