Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Jacksonville seeks a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate daily care to assigned residents in line with care plans and facility procedures. The role supports residents under supervision and participates in ongoing training to obtain CNA certification.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, meals, and hygiene, while contributing to a welcoming, family-like community. Benefits and structured scheduling are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated competencies as a written and verbal communicator.
• Background and experience in shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and services.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training to obtain Nursing Assistant certification.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food; record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
