Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate daily care to assigned residents under supervision and according to care plans and facility policies.

You will participate in training, assist with meals, personal care, mobility support, and daily living activities, and contribute to a warm, family-oriented environment across Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing services.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education - HS Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide each of your assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant.
• Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
• Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids.
• All other duties as assigned.
